Conventional conforming means that your loan adjusts to meet the following guidelines and loan limits of government lenders Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac:

  • Down payments as low as 3% for qualifying borrowers

  • Mortgage insurance is required for loans with a Loan-To-Value (LTV) ratio of more than 80%

Jumbo mortgage loan

A Jumbo mortgage means that you can borrow a loan that exceeds the loan limits set by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The catch? Jumbo mortgage interest rates tend to be higher than conventional conforming loans.

VA mortgage loans for our servicemen and women

Veterans Affairs (VA) mortgage loans allow our service members, veterans, and select spouses to make little to no down payments, avoid no monthly mortgage insurance, and receive up to 100% financing as a “Thank You” for your service.
