As we reflect on 2024, I am filled with immense gratitude for the loyalty of our members and the dedication of our staff. Together, we have achieved remarkable milestones and strengthened our position as a trusted financial institution.
We are thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of our Pembroke Pines branch in early 2025, marking a significant step in expanding our presence in Broward County. This new branch will provide greater convenience and accessibility for our members in the area. Earlier this year, we successfully hosted our first car sale in Broward County, underscoring our commitment to serving this growing community. These efforts represent just the beginning of our journey to unlock the potential of this market, and we eagerly look forward to further growth in the coming years.
In 2024, we proudly supported hundreds of small businesses through our RISE loan program, empowering entrepreneurs to achieve their dreams. This year, we also began offering merchant processing services, providing small businesses with the tools they need to manage transactions efficiently and grow their operations.
Recognizing the evolving needs of our small business members, we are excited to announce the launch of our new business credit card in 2025. Designed to offer customized financial solutions, this product will further reinforce our role as a trusted partner in the success of business owners. Additionally, we are introducing new business programs in 2025, tailored to both small and large businesses in the community. We believe these services will provide valuable support to local businesses, helping them grow and thrive, which in turn strengthens the communities we serve.
Beyond traditional financial services, we are committed to going above and beyond by positioning ourselves as a true community hub—one that offers not only financial services but also health initiatives, educational programs, and more. Through our free health and fitness programs, such as the Walk/Run Club and Zumba classes, we have fostered a sense of belonging while promoting healthy lifestyles.
