IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED TEXT MESSAGES FROM DADE COUNTY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND

If you have received text messages to contact CUNA Card Services at 866-446-2319 or if you are receiving messages that say that your debit/ATM card was blocked and to please call 866-925-7040. Please do not respond to these messages, Dade County Federal Credit Union will not contact you via email or text message regarding your ATM/Debit/Credit Card. DCFCU or our Third Party Vendors will not request your card information via TEXT MESSAGING OR EMAILS.


Credit Union National Association is aware of a number of text messages and emails that are circulating under subjects like:

  • Account De-activation
  • Account Status Alert
  • Changes to Terms and Conditions
  • Irregular Activity

These e-mails and text messages ask that the customer call a number in order to have their account reactivated. Some may request that you leave callback information or provide your financial information directly. All of these e-mails are fraudulent. Please do not respond to these messages.

We, as your financial institution would never solicit your personal identification information via email. If you did respond to such a solicitation, please contact us at 305-471-5080.
